[Question] reversing WoW area smoothing.

I was wondering if it was possible to take earlier patches of the game and replace newer parts of the game such as SW for example to make the areas rough to enable wall jumping again?
Like sort of taking out a wall and replacing that wall with a very old model of the wall that is rough and is wall jump able. Is something like this possible?

Why bother? I know it's not as fun but its easy to just change the climb angle constant.

Also. I'd assume the wall jumping fix was done via a change to the physics engine. Seems crazy they'd replace all the terrain to fix it. But I don't remember so I may be wrong.

I thought It could have been something like that, but who never I don't remember to well myself. Personally If it meant i could wall jump again I'd redo all of WoW. Guess I could check for physic engine changes in older clients to newer ones, but I wouldn't know how lol.

I would but I'm much too lazy and find it easier to just write a hack to remove the climbing restriction altogether.
