Tauren female to Night elf male

i would really like to have my tauren female looking like NE male, i've triet the thread on the forums where there's a race for everyone, it doesn't work the hair is green and the char is the size of a tauren. triet again with glitchys. it's the same problem, would really apreciate help here thank you

no just green like the grass outside there's no graphic in it it's just blank and painted green :'(
