Made a Race->Race for you... didn't do any hair editting as i need style numbers of yours etc... before i can do that so... Here is a patch-x.MPQ for you which just changed BElf female to male.

you MUST run WoW using WoWME (Found Here: Model Edit Fix) and make sure you MOVE the patch-x.MPQ out of wow/data/ BEFORE you patch... As it can cause issues and need you to re-install wow.
