yeah, when I try to extract (or even select) an M2 file it crashes.
So what I need is an NPC model swap, the human male child (the model of the kid-king) into either a human female kid, or into the new human model of the dragon queen (for extra credit :P)

Also, tips on another program to swap M2's with would be appreciated.

Don't click on the M2 then... Just extract the folder with the M2 in it.
