[help]Modeling Blood elf to diff race

Well I am new to model editing and well frankly no nothing about it, I have seen videos of modeling NE to BE and gnomes to taurens so I figured ill try to do it myself but It seems to be pretty far over my head. I went to Merfed's thread and download his pack for blood elf to convert them to all horde races and found out I had no idea what do from there. The files is an.mpq, could someone please either write me a short quide on where to get everything i need to do it and how or something to try and help me and on how to do this. Any help will receive rep as long as isnt useless, i just want to know a simple way to model edit my blood elf in to other horde models and possible some alliance models. Thanks

Using Glitchy's program is by far the easiest method to do race -> race swaps. http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...chy-s-mes.html

As for your .MPQ file open up your WoW folder, and click on the "data" folder. Paste the .MPQ in there. The second step is downloading WoWME (you'll have to search for the newest one that works with this patch). Extract the contents of the WoWME.exe folder into your main WoW folder after downloading. Double click on the WoWME application, hit F8, and log in normally. You're model edits should be in game then.

Well I got as far MPQ save location part on Glitchy's Model editing program before not knowing what to do, can anyone help?
