[Request] Help fixing clipping issues.

I'm having some issues with some of the newer items in the game. Specifically the Season 4 Brutal Helm, the Human face is sticking out of the front of it and I have no idea how to fix it. I'm currently using a helm fix I found on this site.

Any tips on how to fix this, or more recent helm fixes?

I've tried Helmfixes from two different sites and no luck so far.

Is there anything I can do to fix this or am I boned until an updated helmfix comes out?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
