[Question] Why the patch not works?

I have a 2.4.3 version of WoW, i have downloaded any model from this site
WoW Skins - Models
I have copied the patch.mpq in the World of Warcraft\data folder but this patch not run...
WoW is normal, without any model modification and skin too.




PS: I have used the MEF.

You have to name the .mpq-file you downloaded to "patch-X.MPQ" where X is a number 4-9.
For example: patch-4.MPQ and put it in your datafolder, and start wow with the wowme fix.

In the v 2.3.2 of this game the patch works correctly...

You probally need to get the 2.4.3 update for MEF. It seems you may be using a later version of model edit fix, I think that may be the problem, since you say the patch works correctly with a different version.
