[Question] How to edit mpq's?

Hey There!
im pretty much a noob with model editing..(all i know is race to race and weapon to weapon with glithy's)

so there's this insane cool custom model of a sword....

the .mpq replaces some caster dagger, but how do i change this mpq so it replaces my s3 swords?
