Polymorph sheep -> Cow

Is it possible for someone to change the spell polymorph 'sheep' to a cow?

Here you go
All sheep are changed to cows, not only the poly ones. It had to include the explosive sheep as well as the explosive sheep and the critter sheep share a model, the only difference is having a different texture.
