Hey guys , i'm sorry for asking but i need a modelchanger for wow 2.4.3 .. ich want that i look for example like matheridon , and other people see me as him is well .. is that possible ??

Other people won't see you as Magtheridon.
Use the Search function and read the guides/etc.

Nope that's not possible, all model edits are client side.
