    WoWModelViewer wont start!

    Ok, I'm currently running Windows Vista 32bit Home Basic, 1.5Gig of DDR2 ram, a small 1.5Ghz CPU(yes, I know it sux lol) , and a EVGA-GeForce 8800GT. I've gotten the lastest version of WoWModelViewer from the site. Whenever I try to run WoWModelView.exe, nothing happens, but when I go to task manager, I can see wowmodelview.exe running. I've tried ALL the older versions of it, I've tried messing with different settings and such, but I cant seem to get it to work . Any Ideas?
