Priest merciless head and shoulders to Priest vengeful head and shoulders.
And as i mentioned before Merciless Healing mace to Vengeful mace.

Any help would be completely appreciated=)

Well since you didn't provide an itemcache for the "easy way" I did it with dbc. I hope it works

Rename that file to "itemcache.wdb" and move it into your "World of Warcraft\Cache\WDB\enGB" folder (just overwrite the old file). And start the game.

Copy your OLD itemcache.wdb to another folder so u can do this changing back.
