Green Loading Scree

Hey Guys,
I have tried to edit my loading screens in wow like this:
1.Convert .png file to .blp file
2.rename file to LoadScreenKalimdor.blp
3.create patch-5.mpq
4.insert .blp file into Interface\GLUES\LoadingScreens\
5. Save .MPQ file and open up world of warcraft with WoWME
BUT when i opend wow and logged in with my orc into durotar(kalimdor) then i only saw a green loading screen!!!
what am i doing wrong?

EDIT!
On a more serious side note I need to check the files...edit when I get sth.

EDIT: I failed, kept getting the green screen of doom always...tried all I could figure out. Sorry guys, really wanted to get Chuckie to appear

I resized with paint.NET, saved .png then i used the blp converter.

Ok I found how to make it working, simply resize image to 512X512 save .png 24bits and convert to .blp
