Could someone make a "mall"

Hi:wave:im new and was just wondering if some one could make a mall with their uber leet skills?

I know most people use the ".go spawn" thing but when i make something that is "permanent" and i want to get rid of it the object is still there when i reset my server...but yeah back to the request...

It would be nice to have a mall that has a rooms for:

---------------portals----------------
--------------vendors----------------
---------------guards----------------
--------------trainers----------------
--------maybe extra room?--------

sorry if thats asking to much but i've seen the work of some people on other threads and they seem to have the skills to pay the bills
