Human Male --> Ethereal Caster

hi , i'm new to this forum , atm i'm trying to learn the best but it's quite long and i'd like to get some results , race to race is quite easy , race to npc is not , my problem is the skin .

i'd like to see my human male mage as an athereal caster ( mob found in mana tombs ) , i did it but the skin is missing , how can i have the right skin on my char ? or else ... could someone made it for me or at least explain ?

i think you need to use DBC editoring for that, but iam not 100% sure.
