Where to place .MPQ files?

Hello.
I'm been wanting a race conversion from a Draenie female to a Human female.
I downloaded an .mpq file from this website (Patch-4.mpq), the problem is I don't know what to do with it. In my WoW Data folder, I have a similar file: Patch-2.MPQ (Does caps matter? If so, do I just rename it to .MPQ?).

I'm familiar with item edits, as all I had to do was overwrite the Itemcache. Is it something similar with race conversions?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Caps does matter on the .MPQ part. It must be ".MPQ" with a Patch-# in front of the .MPQ

You must place your patch.MPQ's in your Data folder if that is what you were asking.

I just had to do a bit of reading, and I figured it out.
About the facial features, there is no way to change it right? Is it random?
