Female Tauren voice change idea

Hi all, after seeing this great female Tauren model from the [Model Restructure] Females Redux page, it looks fantastic.

But anyway, even though it's possible to make them look more like a anthro lady which all the furries would love but the one thing I never truly liked about female Taurens was not the look at all but rather the way they sound, to me they sound...well...silly and not feminine enough.

So I then thought, hey, someone should do a sound modification, but their's one problem, you need a good female voice to re-act all the lines, reason why I say this is that I've tried using audio editing software (GoldWave I use) and pitching the voice does not help, even tried a voice changing program and it sucked, so the best way is to use the voice talents of a real girl.

I know if is quite big of a request but it's still a great idea imo, would anyone like to help out, I sure would like help.
