Old stealth problems

I'm and have been trying to use that old stealth/poison proc model edit for a while now, however I keep having problems with the stealth working...

I changed my Dwarf to a Night Elf, and neither of those 2 files will give me the old Night Elf stealth animation. I have tried changing the names of files, extracting the .m2 from the NE mpq, then deleting the .m2 for dwarf male in my race swap file, then replacing it (renamed of course) with the one from the NE stealth .mpq.

What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this, or can anyone do the edit im trying to do? Will +rep to anyone who can help me out, thanks.
