[Reskin] Help!

Ok, im quite new to this Model Editing, though i've tryed alot without succes, so i tryed again yesterday with Ashbringer. What is the problem? It wont work? Do i need .m2 too in the mpq or is it something with Extracting the blp and then converting it? Because when i (example) extract warglaives to reskin them and i convert them, then they got alot of white lines? So i always take a picture of how it really looks and put it in?

i just use Wowexplored's texture converter/broswer/extractor D:
find it wiht the broswer open in viewer save as .tif/tiff and edit in photoshop then save as tga and convert iwth TGAtoBLP2

It's confusing, i cant use it? When it say i need to make a profile by finding WoW Folder, then nothing happends!
