[Question] How do I change my weapon position?

I've recently just changed my Blade of Infamy to the MH Glaive weapon off Illidan but the Glaive is sitting at my side, not on my back.

Can anyone tell me what i need to do or where i should go to get this change?

Now, how do i flip the sword around the other way? The shield part that covers the hand is backwards

That means you didn't pick the right warglaive for that hand.
