How to update the client

I`m sorry i`m noob, but can somebody tell me how to update the client, i mean what i must to do if i want to make the White Warglaives , i`m download the MPQ file and what i need to do then??

What? Aparently your also a noob at spelling o.o

You have to rename the mpq, when you have to patch your client, first copy the mpq files out(not the orignals). Then patch, and copy them back.
