Is here someone who can change the Human Model into a "Kurosaki ichigo" Model?

Are you aware of the sheer amount of effort this would require?

You are asking to create an entirely new character model, complete with animations, proper textures, hair and clothes. This is an endeavor to be admired, if completed. Hell, the model isn't even the hard part, it'd be animating it and linking that animation to the game so that it displays properly - really really hard.

No one in the world will do this for you, I guarantee.
