OrcM to TaurenM Size issue!

Hello, I'm having some problem with a model change (Orc Male to Tauren Male) The size is abit wrong and maybe the run speed animation also.

Would be nice if someone could help me with this (make it normal tauren size and if possible slow down the run animation speed abit)

Here's the MPQ's I use and also a picture of the Size difference.
