I'm a noob.. And i need help :)

I want to use this Model Edit that changes my Bear form to a Tuskarr.. it can be found somewhere at the forum ^^
It's in the same thread as the Zuperzombie or whatever it's called

Anyway i have no idea on how to get it to work :/ I Extracted it to the /Data Folder but with no success.. I also wanted a Log in patch but that can wait

Can any1 tell me the simplest and easiest program to run or give me any hints on how to get it to work? Cuz right now im stuck
