Help: Female Blood Elf to Female Human, but with a specific face

I've recently been wanting to convert my Blood Elf female models to those of Human females. However, I also want them to have a specific face (in Model Viewer it's face 11 with skintone 3). By using Glitchy's Model Editing Suite, I've succeeded in turning my blood elves (with what I believe to be face 6 and various skintones) into human females, but using I've had no luck in changing the faces they have into human female face 11 with skintone 3. Can someone tell me how I am to go about replacing the female Blood Elf face files with those of the one I want? I've tried following the guide for face changing on the guides board, but nothing changes.

On a side note, do I also need to change my female Blood Elves' body skintones in order for them to match the edited face tones?


EDIT: To clear up my question, I wish to know if I am supposed to change the female blood elf files or the human female files. Although I've met with no success trying both..
