2.4 error

I was wondering if someone could help me with this..

every time i start wow i login, then load all the way, then wow closes and i get this error:


This application has encountered a critical error:

ERROR #131 (0x85100083) File Corrupt
Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
File: character\human\female\humanfemale.m2


i dont know how to fix it.

Use the Blizzard Repair Utility.
If that doesn't work, chances are you need to reinstall WoW.

Yeah, i did Blizzard repair.
