Draenei Female Head models?

ok, i was messing around earlier today, and it seems somthings up in the MPQ when editing a bloodfang hood onto a draenei female...

well, in the MPQ, the model Helm_RaidRogue_01_B_DrF shows a massivly oversized helmet when implemented in-game, but if i go on a draenei alt and look at the helm on that alt (ctrl-click) it shows it fits fine. Is there a ghost MPQ for this? The model switched since if i didnt edit the helm, it would have shown a semi-fitting UD one.

Cliff Notes : Is there a renamed / replaced bloodfang helm model for draenei that fits them proparly?

PS: I found something else odd. Whenever i try a scourge male -> tauren female edit (im making copies of all the scourge -> race files) it doesnt show in game, and crashes when i try to implement it. Is there a reason it cant be used? It seems to be an oddity. It just shows my UI and has a critical error... all other race changes work.
