Spell interface edit HELP!

Hello everyone,

i could really use some help here. i have never edited in this way before and i dont even know where the files would be located. But i was wondering if it would be possible and if someone could make an MPQ to change conflagrate so its button is no longer greyed out when immolate is not present on the target. They changed Conflagrate so it would have this greyed out effect when immolate was not present on the target in patch 2.1.0 (i think) because of this effect, conflagrate now laggs when you try cast it after applying immolate. HELP GUYZZZ!!!!
