[Help] Lich King Helmet Beta

Hi,i wanna make a helmet that looks identical to the lich king helmet,so i searched around and found these ones,but i prefer the first one,but i need the blp file name and model fiel for it,and the blp for the eyes,the pics are edited with photoshop to show how it shall look like:

First one is shaman t3, second is just a midlevel model used by various helms. Probably leather.
