It means that it can't find the .blp location. Make sure that the path is correct. Have you used one of the hair guides?
I had a quick flick through, but cant find any dbc files in my directory, and so assumed blizz had changed the way they went about doing it. Which is confusing, cos i done a hair switch with another char about 3 months ago, and cant for the life of me remember how, i even have the files i used =/.
Could i trouble you for a link to a still working one?
Fixed it, turned out Glitchy's MES left out some hair files for some reason =o.
Can you really make the perfect resize? When I change my tauren male to a nightelf male I can make it to the same length as a normal Nightelf. The problems is though that the nightelf still walks slowly, a bit slowmotion with big steps. Also, the armor doesnt scale so the shoulders and weapons are out of scale.
Hope you can help me here because I am looking for the perfect modeledit for AGES already!
You could use glitchy's m2 resizer tool.
One problem im experiencing is that my walking speed seems to be a bit slow, ive shrunk down by 1.25, which is what i read was tauren -> ne size. is it slow because its still to big, or are there other factors which come into play?
yeah but ive measured myself up against an actualy female ne, and im exactly the same size, yet the animations still slower.
Can that be done in glitchys MES?
EDIT: i see it can, what are the walk animations called, where are they kept?

Animations are kept in a DBC file. I'm not sure what the specific name is. I can check later if you are still having trouble.
Hah! done it!
You were right, but i didnt switch the animations, just editied the one in my edited .m2 file. The "Walking Speed" was set at ~6.9, i changed it to 6.3 and the animation looks correct.
So finally, a 100% perfect Tauren -> NE model change! only took me 2 days... -.-
Thanks for all your help theblackmage, wouldnt have been able to do it without you =).
No problem, glad you could figure it out.
