[Question] Would it work if..?

Would if work if I was doing a Weapon Swap for someone in Glitchy's MES, and I uploaded my .wdb file with the Weapon swap in it? Then he could download it and use that one instead of his old Itemcache?

And if that doesn't work, how can I make a .MPQ file with a weapon swap in it? Can I in any way do that through Glitchy's MES?

You can't upload your itemcache.wdb. It's a list of your character's equipment.
However, you can change the M2 model, and the .BLP texture, and hrow it in a MPQ file. Here's my guide to basic swapping of files.

Instead you can try use the location "ITEM\ObjectComponents\Weapon" That's where weapons and weapon textures are located.
