Female Draenei -> Female Blood elf model edit, seeking feet fix

Heya, I finally found a way to edit female draenei to female blood elf again since the patch. However I'm having the naked feet problem again and can't find a fix (draenei and taurens don't show boots, so when changing races the armor covering feet is naked).

Could anyone post a fix to this problem or point me in the direction to one?

I've got the same problem, been looking through the forum and tried some of the feet/shoe fixes that Demonkunga posted.
But whenever I try to run the game with the patch in the data folder, it instantly aborts o.0

Were you able to get it to work recently?

MWS keeps crashing when I save the file the instructions list, seems like his guide is really outdated or something (I found the ChrRaces.dbc file somewhere else, the mpq file he lists it is in doesn't have anything).

Could someone give me the mpq file for F draenei -> F blood elf and tell me why MWS keeps crashing?
