[Request] Swift white seed to Winterspring frost saber

Hi, as i'm a noob to model editing, i'm able to model efit weapons by myself but can't find any guide to mount editing.
So if anyone can make this edit (Swift white seed to Winterspring frostsaber) or at least tell me how to do, i'd be really happy :>
