WDB ItemCache doesnt work

Ive done what one of your guide says And used Hexworkshop v5 On Itemcache.wdb To change Blade of Infamy and Vengeful Gladiators Quickblade by putting in some numbers and it doesnt seem to have worked. I log in the game and my weapons still look the same please help me .
The numbers I got to change them into warglaives:
Vengeful Gladiator's Quickblade = a9b1
blade of infamy = a7b1

there are now 4 0's after the weapon instead of just one other than that nothing has noticebly changed from following the guide make sure you are put the numbers in the right place nothing more i can tell you than that
