Placing doodads anywhere in the world (not swopping)

Can anyone tell me how to place something like a tree somewhere. Not swopping it with a rock or grass or another model, just putting a new one on the map. I didnt found a Guide or something like that, but may somebody could help me. In the past I always swopped them. 2xRep for the one who tells me =)

I don't need rep. If you cant follow one of the best guides that is already written on the subject then a small guide is not going to help you. And i told you Fileinfo.exe and loadinfo.exe.
