I'm pretty sure you want to check the memory editing forums. Even then I'm not sure if they will have what you are looking for. Stats are kept serverside, so I don't think that you are going to be able to hack them. Model Editing is cosmetic and will not change your rage value or do the other things you mentioned. Maybe I just don't understand what you are asking for.
