Can blizzard see if I use race swaps?

Hey guys I just wondering if I example download an patch that do my dwarf to an tauren? will blizzard gonna see it or can none see it? only me that got the patch.
I only wonna know because I wasn't sure if the modoel editing is same like race swaps:P Sorry my noob question.

Nobody can see it except you, but Blizzard can detect that there is something in your data folder that is "Suspicious" and they will whisper you in-game to tell you to delete this extra item.

Sorry to disagree, but I am going to have to say you're wrong there. A GM doesn't know what you have in your files. The Warden may. but a GM defiantly would not.

i got temp baned for being under an instance wmo from model editing when i shouldn't have been :/.
I duno how they figured that one out

but i doubt that you would get caught for using a race swap (and if somehow did, it would just be a warning :P)

A tip is to rename your model edit fix to Notepad for example

ive never had any action taken against me for model editing. and i never renamed my ME fix or anything.

I don't think they can, or want to track it, unless you've been reported for walljumping or gate jumping..
so unless you're using model edit to make yourself a benefit, dont think they care
