Male Tauren-Male Gnome problems

For some reason every gnome looks like this. Is there a way to change it so:

1) The hair doesn't come through my s3 helm
2) Having messed up facial features on most gnomes

Some gnomes look fine with good facial skins and some look like they have been burned in a fire.

Any support would be appreciated
