Undead to Bloodelf?

So I searched forums and found this thread mmowned.com/forums/model-editing/62242-race-edits-every-race-race-conversion (sorry I can't post link) but Undead to Horde races packet doesn't work.

I extracted patch-4.MPQ from 'Undead/Female/Blood elf Female' into '/World of Warcraft/data/' folder, but when I start up WoW I get "corrupted file error" from scourge female.

Please could anyone help newbie out here, what I am doing wrong? or is packet just corrupted? =/
