This patch moves GM island just next to Teldrassil so you don't need to use speedhacks or anything!

How to

Skip the steps 3 and 5 if you already own a working Model Edit Fix.

1) Download the patch here
2) Unzip and place the file patch-3.MPQ to your World of Warcraft\Data folder (password: ilovexel)
3) Download WoW Model Edit Fix
4) Place it in your WoW folder (Where WoW.exe is itself)
5) Run Model Edit Fix
6) Login and get yourself to this point (shown in the map)

So it's not GM island... it's an island identical to gm island directly next to Teldrasil... Btw, this is actualy VERY hard to reach. The only way you can get off Teldrasil is a port to a Major City or tele from Darnasus to rut'theran village which is directly south of Teldrasil.
Bagh, you could have saved humanity from extinction 'nd i still woulda flamed you tbh...

Actually the easiest way is to jump down from a furbolg camp just right from the exit of nelf starting area. It takes about 5 mins.

I agree with that its a copy of original GM island, but who cares? Actually GM island is nothing too interesting to pay so much time to get to.

Is there suppose to be a password on the unextracted file for the model? Cause I'm having trouble extracting as it says enter password when trying to.

If there is suppose to be a password can that password be handed out or do I need to send a MP to Xel?
