[WIP] Snowy Area Changes 3.0.x

These are some of the area changes I did Pre-WOTLK, and I decided to fix them for 3.0.x and 3.1.x due to a lot of requests. If anyone notices things I could change from the screenshots let me know. Thanks. Hope to have this done soon!
Also I am taking area requests. PM me with which areas you want changed and what theme you would like them to be. I will choose some of them after I finish with this.
