For those who don't know, it's in Thunder Falls
It's the mountains between Stormwind, Elwynn and Westfall. Jus go to the Stormwind entrance, and go to the right (while facing goldshire road) where all the level 8-10 defias' are. I (as you see on the level 13 Night elf ) did it on a live server, without any hacks. it's a huge "ramp" to get up.
