[Question] How do you get the DL'd files to count as add-ons

I recently Dl'd an arcane mage mod pack and it has a few MPQ's in it. If I run Wow with just the folder with the MPQ's in it, nothing happens. I was wondering what I have to do. Do I have to move the MPQ's into the Data folder or what, I'm at a loss of what to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the reply but the problem is that it still doesn't change anything : /

What about not using it? If you don't know how to get it working, you don't decerve to get somebody to tell you how to get it working.

Atleast, that is what I think.

Try searching topics... What things you need to do to get things working. Instead of asking.

All the information you need is on these forums. All the things you need, arn't.
