no i think you can only change wep spots (ie back, side, ect) with hex

Hex does not mean WDB. You can hexedit everything.

I'd like to see a guide on fixing facial features, maybe dbc editing in general so people can fix all of thier quirks with thier edits, like putting horns on draenei, tusks on trolls, tauren feet, ect.
