2) Select all Then Copy
3) Open your itemcache.wdb with Hex Fiend or Hex Editors
4) Select all then Delete, Then Paste
5) Log onto wow

WTF when i download a race swap.. what do i do do i just put the thing that gets downloaded into my wow folder then it works or?

In the \World of Warcraft\Data\ named patch-#.mpq notice that # is a random number or letter. And you need ME.exe to use a race swap ..
