Tauren female to Dreanei female in Vanilla

Hi guys. hope U can help me. I want to switch model Tauren to Dreanei female in Vanilla.
I tryed to use mywarcaftstudio but it colapse after opening Dreanei. So can U help me how to switch those models. I just want to play Dreanei instead of tauren .o)

There's no draenei model in vanilla so not sure how you could do that.
