[QUESTION] [WoTLK] Bloody Dancing Steel

Good evening, i'm trying to port the enchantment "Bloody dancing steel" to wotlk so i can swap it with another enchantment's visual. I've ran it through a converter, collected all the necessary .blp files for textures and all the other steps to patch it into the client. Here's the issue, it's missing the outer black glow to it. It's about 70% correct.

What am i doing wrong? All the texture files are in the correct folder.
