Leave it named patch-T, pop it in your WoW\Data folder, and boot up WoW with your ModelEditFix!

Does Patch-S.mpq conflict with any other skins? Because when I use travel form, I just go invisible and am still moving on the minimap, but not on my screen until I cancel travel form aura.

Uhm, not that I know of. Just simply changes the travel form into a squirrel.
