Model swap Vanilla 1.12.1 server how to?

Hi i want to modelswap but i cant find any working programs ive tried modelswapper 2.0 but i get a crash that says run-time 9 error using windows 7 compatible mode etc but many others have the same issue on this forum.

Is there any model swap program that works on 1.12.1 or is there a way to do it manually ?

You play 1.12.1 on a private server? Nevermind captain obvious.
There are thousand tutorials on ownedcore and you actually spit on everyone who wrote one of these with prefering opening redundant threads instead of just using the search.
