Sounds like a request to me, like he is saying that someone needs to make Worgen and Goblins for "ready servers", I think he meant for Private servers. It is possible, I've done it before but I can't hack the newer wow version " 3.3.5 ". You wouldn't be able to add Worgen, but Goblins, Naga, Vrykul and much more. It just seems that the other races are buggy upon doing that- ex: Vrykul are extra large on Character Creation screen, Naga don't have a background. Vrykul doesn't have a female model. It all can be fixed with model edit and dbc edits but it took me a while to do even with a guide.
